How We Work
The majority of our clients schedule service on
a weekly or bi-weekly basis. One-time or occasional
service is also available and
appreciated. We do not require a written contract.
When a housekeeper is compatible with your requirements
and you schedule recurring service, we
endeavor to send that housekeeper
back. When that housekeeper goes on to other things,
or if for any reason you are not satisfied,
a replacement housekeeper will be
selected for your next service. Please be candid
with your comments. Let us know what
you like about our service and how we can
improve it for you.
Please, give us at least two business days notice
for a cancellation or schedule change.
For most housekeepers, this is their only
source of income. With enough notice. we
can schedule them to another home. A
$40.00 fee will be charged for any cancellations or schedule changes
not made within 2 days notice, and for all lockouts.
Maid
Connection peforms a NATIONAL CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK and verifies
legal work status for all housekeepers. Our honesty bond provides a
theft protection up to $10,000 upon conviction.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE
TIME OF SERVICE.
WE ACCEPT CHECKS, CASH & THESE CREDIT CARDS.
